Le calcaire est \u00e0 la base de nombreux des plus grands vins du monde. Il est poreux, ce qui permet \u00e0 l&rsquo;eau de s&rsquo;\u00e9couler, ce qui est une bonne chose car les vignes n&rsquo;aiment pas avoir les pieds mouill\u00e9s. Cela permet \u00e9galement aux vignes de faire remonter l&rsquo;eau par capillarit\u00e9 quand elles en ont besoin. Ch\u00e2teau Feely \u00e9tait autrefois la carri\u00e8re de la r\u00e9gion. Toutes les pierres de la ferme et des granges proviennent de la ferme elle-m\u00eame, donc lorsque vous regardez les b\u00e2timents, vous voyez sur quoi poussent les vignes.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\">Go\u00fbt et Vie au niveau de la roche profonde<\/h4>\n<p>Pourquoi \u00ab\u00a0go\u00fbtons\u00a0\u00bb-nous le terroir et pourquoi pouvons-nous go\u00fbter la \u00ab\u00a0min\u00e9ralit\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb? Claude Bourguignon, un scientifique fran\u00e7ais r\u00e9put\u00e9, explique qu&rsquo;il y a la vie bact\u00e9rienne et insecte dans les sols et \u00e9galement au niveau de la roche.<\/p>\n<p>Pour vivre, certains insectes mangent de la roche et ensuite l&rsquo;excr\u00e8tent. Le r\u00e9sultat fait de la roche un min\u00e9ral soluble pour les plantes. Si vous travaillez la terre avec une agriculture chimique, vous tuez ces insectes. Ces insectes, dans un sol sain et biodynamique, cr\u00e9ent un b\u00e9n\u00e9fice qui prendrait des heures de labeur par hectare si nous le faisons nous-m\u00eame.
