Where we engage third-party processors, we ensure they process your data only on our documented instructions and in compliance with EU GDPR.

5. International Data Transfers

Some of our third-party service providers are located outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with Chapter V of the EU GDPR. The safeguards we rely on are set out in the processors table in Section 4 above.

We will respond within one calendar month of receiving your request. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request.

We may send you news, offers and updates about our wines, events, tours and courses where you have given us your consent to do so.
