One of our favourite parts of the wine club is the special events—times to share magic moments with old and new friends. Members of the Feely family wine club receive free invitations to the annual Spring New Release party, the Chateau Feely Summer rose party and Harvest Day and picnic.

I just joined the Feely Wine Club, when will I receive my first wine release?
Club releases are in April and October. If you join the Feely Wine Club in months other than the above, you are given the choice to receive the most recent the Feely Wine Club shipment or wait until the next scheduled Feely Wine Club shipment month.
What is the average Feely Wine Club release price?
The Feely Wine Club releases vary depending upon the wines selected. See the Club selections above for pricing.
What discounts do I receive as a Club Member?
Feely Wine Club members receive multiple benefits, including the following savings:
Club 12: 10% off Feely wine, accommodation, tours and merchandise purchased at the winery or via email
Club 24: 20% off Feely wine, accommodation, tours and merchandise purchased at the winery or via email
Can I customise my club selection?
Club 24 can customise. Your request for customisation must be received at least 3 business days prior to the release date.
I’m a the Feely Wine Club Member, how do I access my member discount with direct online orders?
Unfortunately, our online ordering system doesn’t offer the discount at this time. Re-orders and customisations need to be made via email.
Can I switch my Membership Type? update my shipping address or payment method? Skip or postpone a release?
Yes! If you’d like to change your club, your address or your payment details please email us.
You can skip a shipment or let us know to ship later if you will be away. Email us at least 3 days before shipment.
How long does membership last? How do I cancel my membership?
Feely club membership lasts as long as you wish to remain a member. While we hope that you will never have cause to cancel your membership, if you do choose to cancel, simply email us.
Can I give a gift of a Feely Wine Club Club Membership?
Any of our club memberships can be offered as a gift – the full year of membership needs to be paid upfront for this option. We can include a gift message and extras. Get in touch via email to let us know what you want to add.
Shipping related FAQ
What is the cost of shipping?
For Club 12 and Club 24 – shipping costs are according to your location. Please see our Shipping Page. Contact us for details if your country is not mentioned.
The cost per shipment of wine is the retail value of the wine, less the discount, plus delivery charges (unless collected). If your wine is shipped, we have an insurance in place in case of any damage during transport.
Two Shipments or Pick-ups per year (pickup can be arranged out of this time by special request):
Spring: April/ May
Autumn: September / October
All shipments include our usual guarantee – if your bottles get lost or broken en route we replace them or refund your money no quibbles.
What are the Feely Wine Club Shipping Policies?
We ship within Europe (see above). Orders are shipped and delivered on business days only (this excludes weekends and holidays). Someone over the age of 18 must be present to sign for the package. Three delivery attempts will be made before the package is returned to us. To avoid the inconvenience of a return and the costs associated, we recommend delivery to a business address.
Can you ship to the UK post Brexit?
Yes we can ship to the UK. Please see our shipping page for the latest information.
Can you ship to the USA?
Yes we can ship to most states in the USA so it is possible to join Club 12 or Club 24. Please see our shipping page for more information.
