What is the process of making wine? Learn with us!
The class includes a tour of the winery and a step by step walk through the wine-making process followed by tasting of four wines that offer the opportunity to understand wine-making’s effect on the wine.
How does barrel aging affect the taste? What does maturation on the lees do for a wine? How can we make three different wines from exactly the same vineyard? How do we get the sparkle into Feely Brut Rosé? How does that differ from other sparkling wines like Prosecco? We’ll explore these questions and a lot more.
Monday to Friday at 13h30. €60 per adult.

For all our tours please wear shoes that are good for walking outside as we spend some of the time in the vineyard.
All our activities are held at Feely organic vineyard in South West France, 1 hour 30 mins from Bordeaux city, 10 mins from Ste Foy La Grande, 15 mins from Bergerac.
