Yoga Meditation
Yoga is about movement but it is also about meditation and deep relaxation. When we meditate, we are looking to join with the great consciousness, to become aware that we are part of everything, not separate. This aspect of yoga is critical to the moment in history that we are passing through.
Yoga helps us manage our individual stress but it also helps us to see how we can help the world. When we meditate and connect to the great consciousness, we receive messages about what we need to do to play our part, to follow our destiny.
