Virtual Wine Experience for Clients and Teams

Explore our virtual tour and tasting of organic biodynamic French wine event suggestions below. These are examples of the events we can propose, but we can customise the client or teambuilding wine tasting event to be exactly how you want it to be. For shipping in Europe (most countries) we need a minimum of 10 working days (we prefer 15-20 days to be sure we can re-supply if there are any hitches) lead time to be sure everyone has their wine packs and for the USA 5 weeks.

For ten people or more we can customise for your event. For example we can include your branding and message in the boxes, we can adjust to your timing or even create a custom activity suited to your event.

For all events it is possible to add the wine book by Caro Feely, your host, to each box for an additional 15 euro.

Wine tasting basics explored interactively with your team- 30 minute experience

This interactive event can be hosted for a minimum of 5 participants.

Join us for a journey into wine tasting. Each participant receives a box of 3 wines.

We’ll send each person in your team 3 bottles of premium organic, biodynamic wine – a bottle of Feely Sincerite sauvignon blanc white wine, a bottle of Feely Générosité barrel aged white wine and a bottle of Feely La Source red wine. All these wines stay good for days (re-corked and in the fridge) after opening so no worries about wasting wine.

When: you tell us what works for you – we need 10 working days minimum for EU deliveries and 5 weeks for USA.

White, Red and Terroirs team tasting

Wine tasting basics  – 45 minute experience

This interactive event is hosted for a minimum of 5 participants.

Join us for a journey into wine tasting. Each participant receives a box of 4 wines.

We’ll send each participant a pack of premium organic wines – a bottle of Sincérité sauvignon blanc white wine, a bottle of Générosité barrel aged white wine, and 2 vintages of La Source red wine. We visit the vineyards these wines are grown in via a photo tour and discuss how the terroir affects what is in your glass.

All these wines stay good for days (re-corked and in the fridge) after opening so no worries about wasting wine.

When: you tell us what works for you – we need 10 working days for EU deliveries and 5 weeks for USA.

Wine and Food Pairing Team Event

Impress your colleagues with new pairing skills – 1 hour experience

We’ll talk about food and wine interactions and how you can understand why some pairings are amazing and some are terrible. We guarantee you will be able to orchestrate more wine pairing joy after this event. 

This interactive event is hosted for a minimum of 5 participants and a max of 30. For larger groups please contact us to discuss suitable format.

We’ll send each participant a pack of premium organic wines – a bottle of Sincérité sauvignon blanc white wine, a bottle of Générosité barrel aged white wine, 1 bottle of La Source red wine and a bottle of Saussignac sweet wine. All these wines stay good for days (re-corked and in the fridge) after opening so no worries about wasting wine (or even weeks for the Saussignac).

Multi Event Team Pack – 3 Teambuilding Events over 3 months

We ship a pack of 10 wines to explore over 3 * 45-minute sessions with your team.

For teams separated geographically or in lockdown this is a great way to meet up, have fun, get to know each other better and learn about wine.

Frequently asked Questions (FAQ)

Where can you ship the wines to? 

See our detailed shipping information at shipping page.  

Guarantee Our wines are guaranteed in good condition (no cork taint) and perfect aging thanks to corks that are guaranteed no cork taint. If your bottles get lost or broken en route we replace them or refund your money no quibbles.

Can you customise the box with extra branded gifts and inserts for our company? 

Yes. We can fit additional branded gifts and inserts provided by you. You to tell us the weight and size so we can check they will fit in the tasting event box. We must receive these branded items at least 15 working days before your event.

Our standard price includes your branding and message in the A5 document that we ship with the wine.

Can you send the wine kit as a giftbox?

We ship in cardboard boxes rather than decorative gift boxes (which are not strong enough for shipping wine). We offer an optional gift wrap style cover – a piece of ivory cardboard with a satin bow around the customised A5 that goes into all our boxes for an extra 5 euro per box.

Is the agenda of the virtual event customisable?

For the list prices the agenda is as per our planned event. We can create customised events for a custom price. Our standard price includes your branding and message in the A5 document that we ship with the wine.

Are there any preparations participants need to make before the event?

We send instructions for which wines to chill inside the box. Participants need to supply their own wineglasses and bottle opener.  Usually people have wine glasses and openers available.

However we can procure and ship 2 wineglasses and an opener per box if you prefer to supply these.

Can you include 2 wine glasses? A bottle opener? What is the charge?

Yes. Two glasses and their packaging would be an extra 10 euro per box. A bottle opener would be 5 euro per box.

Are there any restricted areas where you cannot deliver?

Please see the general Feely wines shipping information here. We unfortunately cannot ship to Russia, Israel, Mexico, Egypt and most of Asia.

What is “TTC” mentioned in pricing details?

All tax included (for EU and USA).

Can more than 1 attend on a single enrollment? 

If participants share the same address and will be on the same screen they can attend together. 

Terms and Conditions

The terms and conditions below are applicable for virtual events and delivery of products for virtual events, from SARL Chateau Feely, unless agreed otherwise in written form, on your order.

Order confirmation

The payment of your proforma invoice is confirmation of your order.

The proforma invoice is created based on the information provided by you for your event – your name and address as the booking entity, the event option you requested, the number of participants per country, and date/time required. Once payment is received, the proforma invoice that was paid, automatically becomes a confirmed order and invoice.

Your requested date is not held nor are products shipped until full payment of the proforma invoice is received.

When you pay the proforma invoice, the order of the products and the event are considered final. The conclusion of the order by paying the proforma invoice is binding and no changes can be made.

Lead time for shipping

Current estimations for lead time required for preparation and shipping are:
• 15 working days lead time for deliveries within the EU
• 25 working days lead time for USA and UK

For your event to proceed as planned we must receive your spreadsheet with participant information within this time frame.

Couriers do not guarantee delivery times so we cannot guarantee delivery dates, but we will do our utmost to ensure that packages are delivered in time for your event. In the unfortunate situation that the courier does not deliver a package in time we will provide alternative product recommendations so your attendee can participate.

Loss of or damage to a participant package

If a package is lost or damaged, we will send a new package or if it is too late, we will refund the cost of the products concerned so that the participant can purchase wines locally and still participate.

Coordination of the event

Unless agreed otherwise, we will contact you a couple of days before the event with the zoom invitation. Coordination is usually done over the phone or by email. If you want to discuss your event in more detail before confirming your order you are welcome to contact us. Once the order is confirmed the details of the event are considered final.

Participants

Once you have provided us with the spreadsheet of participants and their names, addresses, phone numbers and emails (this is where tracking number and notice will be sent if the courier has a problem with a delivery) for each delivery, no changes to these details can be made. The addresses must be where there is an adult to receive the package in working hours. This file will only be used on a need-to-know basis for the shipping and will be deleted after the event. We will not contact your participants directly except to communicate their tracking number and information relevant to their delivery.

Cancellation by SARL Chateau Feely

SARL Chateau Feely is justified and eligible to cancel the event component where warranted, for example in the following circumstances:
• If the customer decides to change the starting time or day of the event and we are unable to facilitate the change due to conflicting customer events. In this case there is no refund.
• Indefensible conduct by participants, for example violent or rude behaviour. In this case there is no refund.
• SARL Chateau Feely renounces all responsibility regarding conditions that occur and are out of our hands including force majeure, fire, break-ins, torrential rain, snowstorm, failure of the internet or any not only unusual, but also unexpected weather conditions, shutdown of bridges, traffic accidents or other traffic issues, natural disasters, terror, unexpected price increases, and any condition that is force majeure like. This also includes disease or death of one of our facilitators or within their close family. If we are unable to reschedule the event at a time that is convenient to you, we will refund the event component of the order, but the products already shipped, and their associated shipping costs are non-refundable.
