A unique gourmet experience in the Dordogne mid way between Bordeaux and Sarlat

Chateau Feely Michelin star chef food and wine pairing experience

A wine and food pairing created by Vincent Lucas, Michelin star chef of “Etincelles”, in collaboration with Caro Feely. The experience starts with a visit of Feely organic vineyard followed by tasting 4 Feely wines and 4 taster pairings created by Vincent Lucas then ends with Bovetti organic chocolates and Feely wines.

Available May to September. If you are looking to book a unique pairing experience outside of peak season please consider the half day with lunch which is available all year round and includes a more in depth visit.

Price: 50 euro per person

Timing: Monday to Saturday 17h30 to 19h (earlier also possible by request and depending on availability)  reservation at least 24 hours in advance.

Chateau Feely can cater for vegetarians, vegans and food intolerances/ allergies. Minimum booking is 2 people.

EXAMPLE FOOD AND WINE PAIRINGS (changes with the season and availability)

Feely Sincerité, a zesty pure sauvignon blanc grown on limestone with fresh citrus flavours and minerality is paired with peas, lemon, fennel, creamy cauliflower and roasted almonds.
Feely Générosité, a dry barrel aged sémillon with notes of vanilla, apple pie and apricot compote is paired with a savoury ‘riz au lait’ infused with radish, beet shoots and grilled buckwheat.
Feely La Source, a Merlot Cab Sauv blend aged in oak with a touch of smoke and minerality from flint and limestone is paired with a fluffy quinoa biscuit (savoury cake) with leeks, black olives and parsley served with local smoked duck (or with olive tapenade for vegetarians).
Feely Grâce, a merlot cabernet sauvignon blend 100% barrel aged with a shortbread pie with mashed zucchini and prunes, sweet spices and a coconut-crusted cocoa crust.


Feely organic wines

Guests continue the pairing voyage with 3 Bovetti organic chocolates also produced in the Périgord and 3 Feely wines followed by a finale of organic coffee or tea or fresh mint from the Feely potager.

Chateau Feely is winner of the Gold Trophy for education and valorisation of ecological practices at the first French Wine Tourism Competition in 2019 and the has been awarded the Tripadvisor certificate of excellence for more than 5 years.
