An in depth Organic Wine Tour mid way between Bordeaux and Sarlat
This in depth organic vineyard tour begins with a morning stroll in the vines to discover the wonders of nature and of biodiversity. Caro, the winemaker, certified wine educator, author and organic farming expert with introduce you to key wine history of the region and organic winegrowing followed by a brief visit to the winery and initiation to wine tasting.
You will discover ‘terroir’, taste of place, and taste five organic wines. We will introduce you to wine tasting, how to pick up the elements in a wine through look, smell and taste. After your visit you receive a digital pocket guide to wine tasting via email.
