We’re excited to announce that Caro Feely will be participating in this years Litfest at Ballymaloe. This years Litfest is a ‘food and drinks literacy festival’. The aim of this years festival is not just about food and wine books but also about understanding and taking responsibility for where our food comes from and how it is grown.
