Do you love taking photos? Would you love to experience harvest and stomp grapes? Enter Château Feely’s photo challenge! Take a beautiful photo of your visit at Chateau Feely or a photograph of Feely wine and yourself or Feely wine in cool surroundings for a chance to win.
First Prize: 2 invitations to an unforgettable Harvest day, picnic & celebration dinner on 29 September 2018 (or a gift pack of 2 Chateau Feely leather bag tags, a teatowel and a leather keyring if unable to attend shipped anywhere in the world).
Second Prize: 2 invitations to Harvest day and picnic on 29 September 2018 (or a gift pack of a Chateau Feely leather bag tag and keyring if unable to attend shipped anywhere in the world).
How to participate:
1. Visit château Feely and take a photo during your visit or take a photo of Feely wine chez vous
2. Like our Instagram (instagram.com/chateauFeely) and Facebook page (facebook.com/chateauFeely)
3. Post your photo on Instagram or Facebook and identify @chateaufeely
4. Use the Hashtag #chateaufeelyphoto
The challenge starts Wednesday 11 July 2018 and entries close Saturday 11 August 2018.
Chateau Feely will select the two favourites and post them on Chateau Feely’s Instagram and facebook pages. Everyone can vote for their favourite photo by choosing one out of these 2 photos. The votes will be added up and the photo with the most votes wins!
All participants must be over the age of 13 and non-professional in photography. They must agree to Chateau Feely sharing their photo and their name on any media for advertising or public relations. See below www.chateaufeely.com/blog for details and official rules.

ARTICLE 1 – Organisation
Château Feely vineyard, hereinafter referred to as “the organisation”, located at La Garrigue, 24240 Saussignac, e-mail caro@feelywines is organising a free game from 11/07/2018 to 11/08/2018, entries closes at midnight.
Château Feely is looking for the most beautiful photos taken at Château Feely or the photos of our wines taken at home via its photo contest!
Article 2: Participants
This free game is exclusively open to people over 13, non-professional in photography, residing in France (including Corsica), or any other country. Players who do not meet the above conditions are excluded from the game, as are members of “the organisation” staff, and any person who has directly or indirectly participated in the design, production or management of the game as well as their spouses and family members: ascendants and direct descendants, or other relatives living in their household or not. “The organisation” reserves the right to ask any participant to justify the conditions set out above. Any person not fulfilling these conditions or refusing to justify them will be excluded from the competition and may not, in the event of a win, benefit from the prize. Participation in the game implies full acceptance of these rules.
Article 3: Terms of participation

To enter the contest, visit Chateau Feely and take a photo during your visit or take a photo of chateau Feely wine from home, share the photo on Instagram and:
- Follow the chateaufeely Instagram and Facebook account
- Identify @chateaufeely on the photo
- Use the hashtag #chateaufeelyphoto
Château Feely will select 2 photos elected among all the photos posted on the social media Instagram and facebook meeting the above criteria and will then publish them on Instagram 12 August 2018. It will then be up to the public to choose their favourite between these 2 photos. The results will be announced 18 August 2018.The chosen photo will be published on Chateau Feely’s social media, print media and any other media as well as on the digital screens present within the domain. Any participation made contrary to the provisions of these rules will render the participation invalid. Any participant suspected of fraud may be removed from the competition by “The organisation” without having to justify it. Any identification or participation that is incomplete, erroneous or illegible, intentionally or unintentionally, or carried out in a form other than that provided for in this Regulation will be considered void.
Article 4: winnings
The winning prize is:
- 2 invitations to the Harvest Day at Château Feely, valid for 29, September 2018 and celebration dinner
Details: The “Harvest Day” invitation includes:
- The activity of the day: Picking and stomping of the grapes.
- Picnic lunch and harvest dinner celebration
(Accommodation is not included)
If the winner cannot attend the Harvest day, 2 Château Feely bag tags, a Feely tea towel and key ring will be offered as alternative.
The second prize is:
- 2 invitations to the Harvest Day at Chateau Feely, valid for September 29, 2018
Details: the “Harvest Day” invitation includes:
- The activity of the day: Picking and stomping of the grapes
- Picnic lunch at Chateau feely
(Accommodation is not included)
If the runner up cannot attend the Harvest weekend, he will receive a Chateau Feely bag tag and a key ring.
The winners agree to accept the prize as proposed without the possibility of exchange for cash, other goods or services of any kind, or transfer of the benefit to a third party. Similarly, this lot can not be the subject of a claim for compensation. “The organisation” reserves the right, in case of occurrence of an event beyond its control, particularly related to its suppliers or unforeseen circumstances, to replace the advertised prize with a prize of equal value. The winner will be kept informed of any changes.
Article 8: Use of participants’ personal data
The participants’ information is recorded and used by the organizer to memorize their participation in the competition and to allow the allocation of the prize. The participants may, for legitimate reasons, object to the use of their personal data in the context of this game. They also have a right of opposition to their data being used for commercial prospecting purposes, apart from the participation in this competition, which they can declare as soon as their participation in the contest is registered by sending a lettre or e-mail to “The organisation” whose address and e-mail address is mentioned in Article 1. The winner authorizes “The organizer” to use for advertising or public relations their contact details (name, first name) on any media whatsoever, without this leading to a fee, a right or a any advantage other than the allocation of their prize. In accordance with the Data Protection Act of January 6 1978, any participant has the right to demand that any inaccurate, incomplete, equivocal or outdated information about him / her to be rectified, completed, clarified, updated or deleted by sending a lettre or e-mail to “The organisation” whose address and e-mail address is mentioned in Article 1.
Article 9: Rules of the game
The rules can be consulted on the following website: www.chateaufeely.com. It may be sent free of charge by email to any person who requests it from “the organisation”. “The organisation” reserves the right to extend, shorten, modify or cancel the game at any time, especially in cases of force majeure, without any claim to any compensation by the participants.
Article 10: Industrial and intellectual property
The reproduction, representation or exploitation of all or part of the components of the game, including these rules are strictly prohibited. All trademarks, logos, texts, images, videos and other distinctive signs reproduced on the web site, as well as on web sites to which it allows access via hypertext links, are the exclusive property of their holders and are protected as such by the provisions of the Code of Intellectual Property, and this, worldwide. Their unauthorized reproduction constitutes an infringement which is subject to criminal sanctions. Any unauthorised reproduction of these trademarks, logos and signs constitutes an infringement which is subject to criminal sanctions. Participation in this game implies full acceptance of these rules by the participants.
Article 11: responsability
The responsibility of “The organisation” can not be committed in case of force majeure or accidental event beyond its control. “The organisation” can not be held responsible for delays, losses, theft, mail damage, lack of readability of stamps due to postal services. It can not be held liable either and no appeal can be brought against it in case of occurrence of events presenting the character of force majeure (strikes, bad weather…) depriving some or all participants of the opportunity to participate to the game and / or the winner of the profit of his gain. “The organisation” as well as its service providers and partners will in no way be held responsible for any incidents that may occur in the non-use of the prize by the beneficiary or his guests once the winner has taken possession. Similarly, “The organizer”, as well as its service providers and partners, can not be held responsible for the loss or theft of the prize by the beneficiary once the winner has taken possession. Any additional cost necessary to take possession of the prize is the sole responsibility of the winner without the latter being able to claim any compensation from “the organisation”, or the companies providing services or partners.
Article 12: Litigation & Complaint
This regulation is governed by French law. “The organiser” reserves the right to decide without appeal any difficulty that may arise regarding the interpretation or the application of the present rules, it being understood that no dispute will be admitted in particular on the modalities of the game, on the results, on the winnings or its reception, one month after the end of the game. Except in the case of obvious errors, it is agreed that the information resulting from the organizer’s gaming systems has a probative force in any dispute as to the connection elements and the computer processing of said gaming information. Any claim must be made within one month of the end date of the game to “The organisation”. After this date, no claim will be accepted. Participation in the game implies full acceptance of these rules.
Article 13:convention of proof
The explicit agreement between the participant and “the organisation”, the computer systems and files of “The organizer” will be proof alone. The computerized registers, kept in the computer systems of “the organisation”, under reasonable conditions of safety and reliability, are considered as proof of the relations and communications between “the organisation” and the participant. It is therefore agreed that, except in the case of manifest error, “The organisation” may rely, in particular for the purposes of proof of any act, done or omission, on programs, data, files, recordings, operations and other items (such as follow-up reports or other reports) of a kind or in computer or electronic format or medium, prepared, received or kept directly or indirectly by “the organisation”, in particular in its computer systems. Thus, the elements considered constitute evidence and, if they are produced as evidence in any litigation or other proceedings, they will be admissible, valid and opposable between the parties in the same way, under the same conditions and with the same force as any document that would be prepared, received or kept in writing. Transactions of any kind made using the identifier and code assigned to a participant, following registration, are irrefutably presumed to have been carried out under the responsibility of the participant.
