There are now two restaurants in Saussignac – the Lion DOr and the 1500 both walking distance from Chateau Feely and two Michelin star restaurants within 15 minutes drive.
Or stay in – enjoy the markets and cooking in the Lodge with the luscious view from your terrace. Or hang in a hamac, ride a bike, walk one of the many beautiful routes.
Or look out onto the surrounding organic vineyards.
If all the relaxing gets too much Bergerac town (20 mins away) or Bordeaux city and its old chic town and longest shopping street in Europe beckon.
Dancing in the mirroir d’eau the water mirror – a must see and do in the vibrant city of Bordeaux -just over an hour by train or car from Saussignac.
