Excellent critics ratings for Feely wines
We’re excited with the recent ratings for Feely wines. The Guide des Vins Zero Pesticides by Evelyne Malnic gave Feely Générosité a top note and a comment of:
‘Very beautiful and generous wine.’

Then the De Grote Hamersma 2019 – the wine guide bible of the Netherlands placed Feely Sincerite in their top 25 sauvignon blancs in Holland and gave both Sincerite and Generosite both excellent ratings and tasting notes. Thanks to our Dutch importer Yannick of Yanflorijnwijn for submitting our wines.
While on the subject of ratings and guide – we are often asked by we are not in the usual guides like Guide Hachette. These guides request samples by appellation and vintage through our local wine organisation. Since we make most of our wines under vins de France or we age our wines for longer than most of the standard appellation wines before bottling so we dont fit their requested boxes so we can’t submit our wines to them. Its as simple as that.
See the excellent ratings offered by Jancis Robinson dot com when we submitted Feely wines to them.
Like the guide Hachette most competitions (even our local organic wine association competition) only want entries that are appellation (Protected Designation of Origin) or IGP (Protected Geographic Indication) wines and also often have a minimum quantity required to enter. Our wines are small lot, individually numbered, vineyard specific wines that dont fit these strait jackets. We do most of our wines as vins de France rather than appellation for many reasons – see some of these here below the boutique page.
Feely wines are delighted to be referenced in the Guide des Vins Sans Pesticides and De Grote Hamersma. Merci!
