Yoga class in Saussignac near Gardonne between Bergerac and Ste Foy la Grande

Join Caro Feely, Yoga Alliance teacher (YTT200), for a yoga course in English from February 19, 2020 to April 15; 2020 (8 weeks- 1 hour per week) in Saussignac. The yoga style proposed is that of “Hatha Vinyasa”, Hatha is based on more static poses and vinyasa is poses linked in a more fluid and dynamic way.

Choose between 2 options Active and Gentle

• Wednesday 5.30pm-6.30pm – Active Hatha Vinyasa
• Friday 5.30pm-6.30pm -Gentle Hatha and simplified Vinyasa.

All lessons start with a breathing exercise and end with relaxation.

The price is € 10 per class or € 64 (€ 8 per class) for the 2-month course.Please book in advance at caro@chateaufeely.com. Only 8 places available- priority given to those who book for the full course.

Suitable for beginner and intermediate yogis.
