The two photos below were taken almost a month later. Look at how many of the leaves have fallen since the photos above. It was so beautiful this morning – these give you a sense of it but not nearly as good as it was in reality. Wow wow wow.
Once all the leaves have dropped in a couple of weeks (end Nov/ early Dec) Sean will start the pruning marathon that will keep him busy all winter. Pruning is a very important part of setting the strategy for parcel – it will be a determinant of the quality of wine you want to produce on that part of the vineyard.
