Find your creative flow at Chateau Feely October 2020

We are delighted to host an Artists Way programme run by Aideen Dunne, leadership coach and Anne-Marie Curran, psychotherapist and image consultant, October 2020.

Why this course?

In every one of us is creative expression. When you feed your creativity you feel more alive, fulfilled, energised and resilient. You surprise yourself and make friends with a deeper part of you. The Artists Way teaches you tools to reconnect to this creative part of yourself and this programme will give you time, coaching and friends to get your creative going.

The content

Each day will include

– a workshop every morning and afternoon using ‘The Artists Way’ book as a guide for the sessions. If you don’t already have a copy of the book one will be provided. Each workshop will have creative content for you to try out. It could be writing, drawing, craft making, lots of surprises. Guest creatives will share their skills and tips on how to keep the fires burning inside of you.

– Small group of maximum 10 so you can have the full attention of Aideen and Anne-Marie and their coaching and therapy skills. Aideen and Anne-Marie, both professional coaches we will coach you through the internal blocks to creativity ‘I am not creative’ ‘I have no time’ ‘Its too late for me’ ‘I am useless at this kind of stuff’

Who are your coaches?

Aideen Dunne: a Certified Leadership Coach, Secret Writer and Poet, Dragon Boat Paddler, Mom of 2 and Spiritual Seeker. Aideen worked for many years as a Leadership Coach and Trainer in a large multinational IT company.

‘I did the Artists Way twice in the last few years. It was something I promised myself as a treat when I took a break from work and I wished I had found it years ago. I have discovered stuff inside me I never knew was there – poems, stories. Words of many flavours are my thing. I found ways back to music which was a huge part of my life when I was young. Now I have a powerful group of Artists Way people that I meet with once a month.’

Anne-Marie Curran: a Psychotherapist with Human Givens, a Mom of 2, an Image Consultant, blogger, knitter, amateur jewelry maker, fashionista and a colourful and creative woman with a desire to bring more colour and creativity to the world.

‘Through my work my aim is to help people identify which area of their lives is not working and guide them holistically to find a solution to improve their lifestyle. I run workshops in-house in schools & companies on Mindful Wellbeing. Building Resilience, Exam Anxiety & coping skills. I attended the Artists Way twice and found it a very enriching supportive space to keep me connected to my writing and crafting.’

Cost:

Course cost €450 including lunches.

Accommodation cost:

• €450 for the four nights self catering for the Cottage for 2 to 3 people (1 double bed and 1 single bed)
• €570 for the four nights self catering for the Lodge for upto 4 people (2 single beds and 1 double bed)
